The landscaping committee is responsible for helping to keep all Association common areas maintained and up to quality standards. The Committee evaluates landscape conditions to make recommendations to the Board regarding planting projects, maintenance, and improvements, and assists with organizing and supervising volunteer projects to improve Association common areas.
Focusing on issues related to the safety and well-being of GFC residents, the Committee nurtures relationship-building between residents and with local law enforcement to help keep our neighborhood safe and vigilant. If you see something, say something by reporting it to the GFC Safety Committee representative and the HOA Board.
This committee shares information on traffic-related issues, serves as a neighborhood liaison to VDOT and the Fairfax County Dept of Transportation, and facilitates traffic calming measures in the neighborhood. Requests for traffic measures or inquiries should be sent to the Transportation Committee representative and the HOA Board Secretary.
